Une autre version de ce tableau, un modèle, Nicole Breitenbach, comme certaines des dernières, des parties du modèle apparaissent un peu partout, à divers degré de détails, au gré de l'errement de mes pinceaux...:), pas signé encore, mais c'est la prochaine étape...

Another version of this painting of a model, here Nicole Breitenbach, like in a few recent paintings, part of the model appear here and there, depending of where my brushes are wandering...not signed yet, but it is almost the only thing left to do.

Oui plutôt tranquille ces dernières semaines, alors je vais tout de même présenter une nouvelle version de cette toile qui j'ai travaillé un peu, en fait assez, pendant cette période....elle a erré, voilà où nous en sommes...

Yes been quiet, very quiet these last weeks, try to correct that, so here's the latest version of this painting, it went from good to bad, very bad, now it's coming back...back and forth...

Deux retravaillées/Two reworked...

Ce modèle qui parfois est plus pensive que souriante, là elle me semble plus souriante et aussi plus en douceur, revenu à un medium bien ordinaire, l'huile de lin, au lieu de l'huile de lin purifié, plus visqueuse, en fait mélangé les deux et soudainement certains problèmes que j'avais cette toile...se sont évaporées...et aussi la toile de cette danseuse, même chose, les deux ne sont pas terminées mais progressent bien, en fait elles pourraient être terminées...

That model who sometimes is pondering, or sometimes smiling, these days she's smiling, and went back to straigh linseed oil, mixed with the medium I used most of the time, the result is that it seems to me that the paint is flowing more easily, taking away some of the problems I was having with this painting, especially ones that were started in acrylic, dont know why, but somehow it became very sticky..but now I like it...and also a modern dancer...

Pas très présent encore sur mes sites, au moins j'ai peins un peu, passablement, alors je vais essayer de mettre à jour mes différents sites au cours des prochains jours, alors revenons sur ce tableau de Liz...travaillé quelques jours du début octobre jusqu'au 15 environ...

Pas trop passé de temps sur le net, ni sur mes pinceaux d'ailleurs, mais au moins retravaillé  mon plus vieux tableau en cours, il le sera encore un peu en cours....la photo et un diaporama, comme vous le verrez, il a pris plusieurs tangentes ce tableau...

Not much time on the net, and in front of the easel, but I finally manage to work a bit on a painting, one that is in progress for so long, I think it started in 2002, and went many ways...the photo and a slideshow to see what I'm talking about...

Oui commencé une autre, à l'acrylique, vais finir par savoir si j'aime l'acrylique...encore des choses à maîtriser avec ce medium...mais j'aime le côté rapide..faut seulement que je comprenne mieux comment utiliser les différents produits qui altèrent le temps de séchage, la consistance, la brillance des couleurs...ça viendra....

Yes another one, in acrylic, not a medium that I feel that I possess completely, but I can say the same about oil, so let experiment and see what will happen...

Oui celle là fait partie des 3,4582 % de mes toiles où il y a un modèle, qui ne porte pas de bottes, parfois elles en portent mais on ne les voit pas...:), donc Nicole Breitenbach, de son nom, beau visage...que je peindrai peut-être plus tard ou sur une autre toile...

Yes this painting is part of the 3,4582 % of my works that does not show a model wearing boots, sometimes they do but I don't show them, not the case here...:)). Her name is Nicole Breitenbach, lovely face, but don't know yet if I will paint it or leave it the way it is now...will have to see...

De ce modèle, enfin ses jambes et bottes...bien sûr....elle progresse, air connu, pas tout-à-fait terminée, mais temps de la laisser sécher un peu...donc encore quelques jours, probablement semaines...

This model, all in legs...and boots, of course....it is progessing, well not the first time I say that..but for now, I have to let it rest and more important to dry a bit, so a few days, or weeks...

Une autre de celle qui sont en cours, moins nombreuses qu'elles ne l'ont déjà été faut bien le dire...donc la photo de la dernière version, une acrylique qui est devenu une huile, lorsque je fais cela, bien, pendant quelques sessions je ne peux parler d'améliorations, mais à la fin ce devrait être ok, enfin plus qu'ok...
Another in progress reworked, an acrylic painting that will be finished in oil, in the meantime, well, its always loosing a bit of color when I do that, everything should be ok by the end...

Oui la fin...Yes finished....

Petites retouches que j'écrivais voilà quelques jours, qu'elle avait besoin cette toile...4 jours plus tard et pourtant ce n'est pas parce que je n'ai pas peint beaucoup, plutôt passé du temps à défaire, refaire, redéfaire...pour en arriver à une version qui je crois est améliorée...même si pour le moment j'en suis vraiment pas sûr....

Well a few days ago, I thoughed that this painting was needing very minor changes...I guess it was more than I toughed....to much time repainting, depainting...reconstructing, trying to get the correct color, texture...so days later, I am not even sure if it did improved...well the photo

L'autre que j'ai retravaillée en fin de semaine, et ce soir....manque quelque chose, une oreille entre autre, j'ai pensé lui faire un bandage et un clin d'oeil à Vincent, mais finalement non voulu dessiner l'oreille et finalement tout le reste change un peu beaucoup, pas de photo de ce soir, mais voici celle de ce midi...le reste plus tard demain...

The other I was working during the week end and tonight, something like an ear is missing, though I would just covered it with a band-aid, like the auto-portrait by Vincent, but decided that I would try to paint it, and more came, no photo yet, tomorrow, but for now I will put the photo taken earlier today...

Plutôt Babs de Jong, date de quelques mois, ben là pense qu'elle est terminée...l'ai laissée dans l'album 'en cours' mais c'est en attendant un dernier regard qui dira...en autant qu'un regard pourrait parler, c'est idiot, mais ça s'écrit, enfin la photo....

No not one of the Spice Girl, but Babs de Jong, Space girl is just because she remind me of some B series film, science-fiction or something in the style, I think it is finished, a last look will tell, yeah I know sounds silly to write that a look will tell, but it will do, just te get to the picture and shut up....:)

ah les vacances/off from work...

Plus facile de mettre à jour les sites lorsqu'on est en vacances...ah si je ne travaillais pas...bon celle d'hier, ce modèle, à l'allure un peu triste, ou peut-être essaie t-elle de dissimuler un sourire devant une situation cocasse ou embarrassante pour quelqu'un d'autre...en fait je le sais, sur la photo originale on le voit, mais je laisse planer le doute....donc un tableau pour le moment assez mouvementé et coloré, je peins un peu différemment à l'acrylique, du moins je le crois...

Much easier to have regular update when you're on vacation...so the painting reworked yesterday, a model who look a bit moody, or maybe she is just hiding away a smile in front of  an embarrassing situation for someone else, the original picture tell the whole story...but here I will let the suspense hang around...worked in acrylic, seems to me that my work in acrylic is different than when I'm doing oil....at least to me it seems....
