Le retour de Liz...Liz return's...

J’avais bien hâte de le retravailler ce tableau, et la plupart du temps je les travaille dans l’ordre qu’ils ont dans l’atlier….lorsque je ne faisais pas cela, certains tableaux restaient ‘en dehors du circuit’ ou j’en commençais d’autres et je me retrouvais avec beacoup trop de choses en cours…donc j’ai patienté…pense que jusqu’à date il va plutôt bien ce tableau, même si j’en suis encore au point où je ‘place’ les éléments, mais pour le moment il me semble être sur la ‘bonne track’ comme on dit par ici…autrement dit il est bien parti…:)

I was eager to work on this painting, most of the time I try to respect an order to work on my paintings and pastels, like a ‘chaîne de montage’…much earlier I wasn’t doing that, and some painting would be left there, not because they weren’t good, just I did prefer working on another, or I would start so many works at the same time, I could barely finish one of five…so for years now, I’m doing that, so I was patient…and so far I’m quite please with the way it started, still lot of work to come, I’m still in the early stages where I’m placing shapes and arranging composition and lights, but so far it is going nice…I think…




Deux autres versions, avec un peu plus d’attention à l’arrière-plan, mais la pose requiert encore du travail ou plutôt du plaisir à peindre, à venir…

Two more versions, started to define a bit more the background, but still need working on her pose, did not get her legs crossing, it is getting there, though still lot of work to do, actually more fun to have painting….:)
